Available for an ArcGIS organization licensed with the Indoors extension.
To use Indoor Viewer, an ArcGIS Enterprise base deployment is needed at minimum. Refer to the ArcGIS Enterprise help for system requirements and instructions on how to install and configure an ArcGIS Enterprise deployment.
To deploy Viewer, you must have access to a web server, specifically Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), and the ability to deploy web pages to it.
Note:
Viewer is supported on IIS for Microsoft Windows only. Other web servers may work but have not been certified.
Required ArcGIS software
The following ArcGIS software is required:
- ArcGIS Pro 2.6 or later
- Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 or later
Supported browsers and devices
Browser support for this app is the same as supported browsers for the ArcGIS Enterprise portal, with the exception of Internet Explorer 11, which is not supported.
Note:
- iPad mini is only supported with map image layer-based web maps.
- iOS 12.0 or later is required to support the latest version of Google Chrome on iPhone.
Device requirements for 3D
Viewer is built using ArcGIS API for JavaScript version 4.x.

Note:
3D scenes on some mobile devices may not be supported. For more information, see Scene Viewer requirements.
Supported languages
This app supports all of the languages that the ArcGIS Enterprise portal supports.
The language used by the app is determined by your browser's language setting.
