The My Messages panel displays all geomessages and chats that are sent to you or that you have sent to others. This helps you maintain your awareness of all the communications taking place during a mission.
Geomessages and chats are displayed in a list in the order in which they are created, with the most recent displayed at the top. There are, however, filter options that allow you to display only geomessages or chats. The filter buttons are located on the banner and can be switched on or off by tapping the icons. Geomessages are displayed with the following information:
- Sender — The name of the mission member who sent the geomessage
- Title — The title of the geomessage
- Time — The approximate time the message was sent
Tap a geomessage in the messages list to zoom the map to the geomessage and display a dialog box containing any information created as part of the geomessage.
Chats are displayed with the following information:
- Sender — The name of the mission member who sent the message
- Time — The approximate time the message was sent
- Last message — The most recent message sent as part of the chat
Tap a chat to open the chat and view the chat history or send additional messages.
